Why Come to me?
My clients come to me because they feel overwhelmed and unable to cope with work, relationships, health challenges, or life in general. They feel disconnected and isolated, engaging in unhealthy habits, often stuck in a downward spiral.
When I work with a client, we focus on 2 things: 1) detoxing emotionally, and 2) building resilience.

We activate an inner strength and clarity that allows us to engage in life’s challenges with confidence and creativity. Through helping you recognize and experience the difference between your thoughts, feelings and your consciousness, I can help you to experience yourself in a new way, without anxiety and shame. When we are able to stop the internal identification with shame and anxiety, we gain an ability to rediscover the joys of safe and supportive relationships with others, and with ourselves.

I offer a variety of services ranging from individual and couples counseling to meditation and dream yoga training. I specialize in somatic methods of psychology and work with a unique set of issues ranging from religious trauma syndrome, panic attacks, PTSD, anxiety disorders, process addictions, to dissociative identity disorder (a.k.a. multiple personality disorder) and more.
